At OutsideLookingOut we like to put a twist on the things we do. For instance, we call football training sessions, "yard work." Today yard work was different than most. As always the energy was there, the difference was the source of the energy.

Three female Centerville Simbas invited themselves into Q's workout. With their confidence and positivity there was no telling them no.

Not after long the three girls were running the workout. Q followed them allowing them to illustrate their leadership which they had in abundance.

The youth, all kids, have the ability to show us how good good is at the root, even if the kid is not so good. It's all about what we elect to see. Kids give us the opportunity to meet our kid selves, like a form of time travel. We just have to look with a different perspective.

The Law is always at work.
